We lived in the same neighborhood and rode the bus together, and we went to Boys State at the same time in 1973 (I think). David was elected Chief Justice of the Missouri Supreme Court during our week there (Kerry Turner attended as well). I agree with all of your sentiments. Always a ready smile and a laugh, and his senior picture captures the memory I will keep of him.
