My husband and I havee 11 Grandchildren, including a set of twin boys, and one Great Grandson born on Oct 12, 2014.

Have been retired for about 3 years and am having the time of my life.

EI'm a volunteer for the Animal Humane Society of New Mexico and spend my time in the Clinic working with dogs and cats of all sizes in various stages of post treatment/surgical recovery.

My husband and I enjoy traveling north from New Mexico to Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Montana and Idaho in the summer and to Hawaii during the winter months.
School Story:

The one moment that instantly comes to mind was the day John F Kennedy was assassinated. My girlfriends and I were in the cafeteria nearing the end of lunch hour and the PA system came on with the announcement. Our next class was Modern Dance and the news was conformed -such a sad, sad day in time.

Other memories include Typing class (ugh), Home Ec, the tennis portion of our PE classes, Viking football games...Oh my!
