MARY SUSAN GLENN WEBB died January 4, 2007 at her childhood home, Glendale Farm near Columbia. Born in 1922, she grew up on Two Mile Prairie, northeast of Columbia and rode her horse Old Steve to the one-room Judy School She graduated in 1941 from Hickman High in Columbia, earned an Associate in Arts from Christian College and then worked for the dean of women at Mizzou. In 1946 she married Arthur Webb, 1941 Normandy graduate, and they lived in St. Louis through 2003. They had two children, Frances, Normandy '67, and Arthur (known as Larry, Normandy '65). Mrs. Glenn was president of the Northwoods Garden Club, active in school mothers clubs and served on the Normandy School Board. She was active in the Normandy Methodist Church. A skilled artist, she also excelled at sewing, needlepoint,  dressmaking, decorating and cooking. She is survived by her children and grandchildren and numerous other family members.
