CECILIA ORR, passed away on February 23, 2005, at age 101. She taught in Normandy Schools 49 years, mostly as a 1st and 2nd grade teacher at Garfield elementary. Among her many activities were the Girl Scouts, where she was known as "Skipper." Uncounted Normandy graduates count her as a major influence in their lives. |
