HOARY WALLS Dating from the 19th Century, when Eden Seminary was built next door (and would later become the NHS campus), St. Peter's Cemetery and St Vincent still stand. Looking towards the next century, in 2012 UMSL announced a $14 million dollar plan for the first phase of redevelopment along Natural Bridge, and Bi-State unveiled a project designed to develop commercial areas near Metrolink stops. Added to its current assets which include some distinctive housing stock, ample open space, proximity to the amenities of St. Louis and the benefits of being adjacent to Missouri's largest Fortune 500 company, Express Scripts, these developments bode well for Normandy's prospects in the years to come.
